Knight Sir Louis is the champion knight at Castle Sideways, and the bravest of all knights in all lands. Braver than Knight Sir Colin in the bogs of Wattasmel. Braver than Knight Sir Barbara in the mountains of Itso-Hy. Even braver than Knight Sir Gary from the soggy lands of Tippinitdown.
But Louis is modest. He says he’s not brave, but just good at staying calm when everyone else is going completely bonkers.
This review isn’t mine, but the words of Alex, a huge fan of the series. Who better to review the books than someone who really loves them!
The Knight Sir Louis books are all about a knight who is not scared of anything…but actually he’s scared of wasps. Knight Sir Louis goes on loads of adventures, and in the second book he even fights a dragon with a brain in his tail! I think the Knight Sir Louis books are really funny because there are little characters throughout the book who say things in the middle of the story. They talk to the reader and make the book even funnier. I would recommend the books to 7 to 9 year old readers who are looking for hilarious books which make them laugh.
